About the project
SinoPac Securities' investor site had no way to change itself. Announcements, campaign and news entries, even the items in the header navigation, all lived in the code — so every routine content change became an engineering ticket and a deployment.
I built the CMS that took that away, alone, over roughly three months, against the firm's own APIs. Next.js and Ant Design, with Redux holding editor state. It is the other half of the investor site rebuild listed separately here: this is the console that drives what the public site shows.
The point of it was never the admin screens. It was moving the ability to publish out of the release cycle and into the hands of the people who write the content.
